1. Digital Services Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our digital services (web design, development, etc.):
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project after commencement, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date
- Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered and delivered
- Unsatisfactory Work: We will make reasonable efforts to correct any unsatisfactory work before considering refund requests
2. Subscription Services
For our recurring services:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Pre-paid periods will continue until expiration
- Early termination fees may apply for contract-based services
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account
- A 5% processing fee may be deducted for credit card refunds
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom development work that has been completed
- Domain name registrations
- Third-party software licenses
- Services explicitly marked as non-refundable
5. Disputes and Resolution
If you believe you're entitled to a refund not covered by this policy:
- Submit a detailed request to support@bongztech.co.za
- Include all relevant documentation
- We will review and respond within 7 business days
- If unresolved, we may escalate to mediation in Gauteng, South Africa

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
